(1) 30% of the total price must be deposited in advance in booking any services from Kumarat Tourism Private Limited.

(2) In case of cancellation of the tour after booking the tour in advance, the company will refund only 20% of the 30% advance booking to the customers.

(3) All advance booking amounts must be deposited in the bank account of Kumarat Tourism Private Limited. The amount can be credited only to the bank account which is on the invoice of Kamrat Tourism Private Limited. Remember that money can be deposited only in the account in the name of Kumrat Tourism Private Limited.

(4) After booking, the balance must be paid at the time of commencement of services. This amount can also be deposited in the office of Kumarat Tourism Private Limited in the form of cash.

(5) If the customer has purchased additional services from the company, then the arrears must be collected at the end of the tour.

(6) After canceling the tour or services, Kumarat Tourism Pvt Ltd shall be obliged to refund the amount to the customers within one working day.

(1) For the family tour, first of all, those persons are eligible, in which the man and the woman must have a relationship of husband and wife to each other. Without this, the company Kumrat Tourism Private Limited does not provide services to such people. This policy is applicable to Muslims and all Pakistanis.

(2) In order to join the family tour, all family members must verify themselves with an ID card or Passport.

(3) Every family tour must provide an explanation of transport, accommodation, food, and services of tour guides in advance. All the services are mentioned on the Family Tour website. If any family wants to change it, they can change it in advance. Making changes can lower or increase costs.

(3) All family members must obtain all travel instructions in advance from the company or tour guides.

(4) The family should not form any personal relationship with the tour driver or tour guides during the tour.

(5) The family should communicate with the tour company representative two or three times a day during the tour.

(6) It is not allowed to keep any kind of drugs or illegal weapons during the family tour.

(7) If there is an increase in day or night during the tour, the company will have to pay additional charges.

(9) Before starting the tour, arrange the transport, hotel, or camp in advance so that no changes will be made later.

(10) The Company shall not be liable for any loss due to any natural calamity during the tour.

(11) The family should inform the company or tour guides if any person has any illness.

(1) Our company can also use a high roof, coaster, or new model bus due to the high number of members in group tour transport.

(2) Jeeps are used in hilly areas in group tours.

(3) Our company provides only breakfast and dinner in a group tour. It does not include lunch.

(4) Where lunch is not available regularly, the company will take care of it, but during this time additional costs will be charged to the customers.

(5) In a group tour three or four men will be staying in one room or camp.

(6) If a couple is included in the group tour, a separate room or camp will be provided to them.

(7) Every person in the group tour must have their legal status ID card with them.

(8) In the group tour, how the member is not allowed to keep any kind of drugs with him during the tour. During this time, the company will neither help the person nor support him, this whole issue will be his personal.

(9) Group tours will always follow the instructions of the company’s tour guides. If any person leaves the tour or travels to any other places without the permission of the tour guides, then the company will not be responsible for any problem faced by him during that time.

(10) All services provided by the company in group tours shall be the same for all members. All group members will have equal status.

(11) If any group member has any disease or any kind of problem before then they must provide information about their disease to the company or tour guides. During the trip, if any member feels any discomfort, they must inform the tour guides about their problem.

(12) During travel. The company is not liable for any loss due to any kind of natural calamity.

(13) There may be changes in the tour plan due to bad weather or any natural disaster during the tour.

(1) All hotel guarantee companies are provided on the website of Kumrat Tourism Private Limited.

(2) Check all facilities before booking a hotel or camp.

(3) All the information about the facilities in the hotel or camp should be listed in advance on the Kamrat Tourism website product page.

(4) It is not allowed to keep any illegal weapons or drugs in the hotel or camp.

(5) It is necessary to authenticate yourself with the hotel, guest house, or camp identity card or PASSPORT.

The company has no guarantee in relation to the hotel or accommodation owners without booking any accommodation on the Kumrat Tourism website.

(6) Only as many people can stay in hotel rooms or camps as have been booked in advance. Many people cannot stay.

(1) It is important to get information about all services before hiring any type of vehicle from Kumrat Tourism Private Limited.

(2) If the car is on hire from one place to another place, then the car is only taken to you at that price.

(3) In case of taking the vehicle away from the specified place, the company will be charged additional expenses.

(4) More people than required cannot travel in the vehicle.

(5) If the vehicle is rented by the day, the customer will pay the petrol or diesel and toll tax.

(6) If the vehicle is hired by the day, then the vehicle can travel only 6 hours in 24 hours.

(7) If the vehicle is hired by the day, then when the date changes after 12:00 PM, it starts on the second day of that vehicle.

(8) While taking the vehicle on hire if no illegal weapons or drugs are allowed to be carried on the journey.
